Strategic plan has been not that long ago established by Mr Tomislav Radoš, financing expert with comprehensive experience in banking sector, merges and acquisition processes, retail, corporate management and he is one of the first managers in Croatia who holds its PhD degree in the strategy implementation area. After distinguishing career as manager, in 2007 he starts his entrepreneurial life and together with partners parallel develops several investment projects which today represent important business entities.

Strategic plan becomes developer and investor in several projects and in the moment when they turn into profitable entrepreneurial ventures, it takes over their strategic management.
